SiliCLEAN ANTI-TRACKING FILMS
'No-Mark' Anti-Tracking film is used to prevent ink marking and tracking from press
transfer cylinders. It is also used to replace net type anti-track materials.
SiliCLEAN film is available in three types. The long-life working surface remains the
same on all types, however the back varies based upon the application. |

'No-Mark' SiliCLEAN, Type SFO (5.5 mil)
This 'No-Mark' film has no special backing. Application to transfer cylinders and Super
BlueŽ or Heidelberg net jackets is determined by the installer and is normally
accomplished with tapes or a spray adhesive. |

'No-Mark' SiliCLEAN, Type SRA (8.0
mil)
This 'No-Mark' film has a backing of special repositionable adhesive. It allows very fast
and easy installation on transfer cylinders and Super BlueŽ or Heidelberg net jackets. It
can simply be removed and repositioned if it skews while being installed. A valuable time
saver during changeover, and no messy adhesive removal. Well worth it when considering the
added bonus of more productive press time! |

'No-Mark' SiliCLEAN, Type SWV
A SiliCLEAN film 'sandwich' assembly with a backing of proprietary VELCROŽ brand loop
material. Type SWV is semi-rigid, enabling it to form a smooth drum when used in
conjunction with the 'No-Mark' full cylinder anti-tracking
system. |
